Case study
Akademia Improwizacji: an online course booking system
Sign-ups, payments and invoices took up time the improv school needed for teaching. We designed and built an online course booking system: the student picks a date and group, pays through Przelewy24 and receives an invoice automatically.

We designed and built an online booking system for Akademia Improwizacji. Students browse the courses, choose a date and group, pay online and receive an invoice, and the school doesn't have to handle any of these steps manually.

What we delivered
A system that takes students from choosing a class to receiving the invoice.
- Course offering - a clear presentation of improv theatre classes, workshops and courses.
- Booking system - choosing a date and group, plus a simple registration process.
- Date availability - managing available places and dates on the school's side.
- Online payments - the Przelewy24 gateway with a range of payment methods.
- Invoicing - integration with fakturowo.pl: the invoice is generated and sent to the student once the order is placed.

Challenge: sign-ups and billing handled by hand
Akademia Improwizacji is a school of improv theatre courses. It needed a place where students could sign up for classes and pay for them on their own.
Bookings, payments and invoicing take up time the school could spend teaching. The system had to make buying a course simpler, take the load off admin and improve communication with students.
The school should focus on teaching improv, not issuing invoices.

Solution: date, group, payment and invoice in one path
Students browse the courses, choose a date and group, then go through a short registration process.
The school manages date availability, and the portal only shows what can actually be booked. The course offering is presented clearly, which also helps its visibility in search engines.
Payments and invoices without manual work
Payment is made online through the Przelewy24 gateway, with a choice of payment methods. Once the order is placed, the fakturowo.pl integration generates the invoice and sends it to the student. Invoicing takes care of itself.

Results: sign-ups, payments and invoices run automatically
The school now has one system for selling courses, invoicing and staying in touch with students.
Bookings, payments and invoices run automatically, so there's less admin and the school can focus on its classes.
