UX/UI design agency from Wrocław, Poland
The costliest product mistakes are decisions made too early
Squares is a UX/UI design agency from Wrocław, Poland. We design and build digital products for B2B and SaaS companies: we start by establishing what is worth building and finish with a working product.

Who it's for
For teams whose product is growing faster than the order within it
We work with small and mid-sized B2B and SaaS companies. It usually starts with one of three situations.
01
The interface has lost its consistency
Every module looks different, and new features take longer to ship than they did a year ago.
02
The roadmap is winning over quality
The team hits its deadlines, but support tickets are rising and users are leaving.
03
There is no experienced product person
Hiring takes months, and the decisions have to be made now.
In each of these situations someone owns the budget and answers for the result, so the first step is a diagnosis and the delivery estimate follows it. We have separate experience in medical products, where a poor interface means risk, not just lower conversion.
Services
From deciding what to build to looking after a working product
We take on the whole process or a single stage. Each of the four groups matches a different moment in the life of a product.
A diagnosis of the product and the decisions that are made before the budget goes into delivery.
We design products that solve the right problem and test them before they are built.
We take the design to a working product and strengthen the client's team.
Ongoing care for the product after launch: data, stability and quality over time.

How we work
From diagnosis to a working product
We work in stages. After each one, the decision about the next step belongs to the client team.
01
Diagnosis
We talk to the team and to users and look at the data. Outcome: a list of problems ranked by impact on users and the business.
02
Design
We choose one direction and design it to prototype level. Outcome: a design that can be tested with users before it is built.
03
Development
We build what we designed, in short cycles with a weekly review. Outcome: a working product.
04
Optimisation
We measure how people use the product and improve it after launch. Outcome: the next version, based on data from the previous one.
After launch we go back to research, so each new version starts from what the previous one taught us.

„We wholeheartedly recommend Squares. We have worked together for years and they are one of those partners you can rely on 100%. Among many different projects, they built our company website with an advanced integration with an external database. They do not stop at the code.”
Why Squares
What sets this way of working apart
01
One team from diagnosis to delivery
One team leads the diagnosis, the design and the delivery. Product knowledge is not lost in handovers between contractors.
02
Prices known before the decision
The audit comes in three fixed packages from PLN 4,500. The other services have a stated price range or a described billing model.
03
A decision after every stage
Every stage has its own scope, deadline and result. After each one the client team decides whether and how to continue.
04
Confidentiality and regulated sectors
Part of our work is done under NDA, for international organisations and in the medical sector. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before the first conversation about product details.
