A guest chooses a restaurant on their phone before seeing the menu
We design and build restaurant websites, online ordering systems and mobile apps for venues and restaurant groups.

What a restaurant website has to deliver
In a few seconds a guest wants to find the menu, opening hours and address, and then book a table or order. The venue's team wants to change the menu without a developer.
01
A menu that is up to date to the day
The venue's team changes the menu and prices in a dashboard. The guest sees the same menu on the website, on their phone and when ordering.
02
Online orders
An ordering system on the restaurant's own website: basket, payment and order status in one place.
03
Hours and locations
Opening hours pulled from Google Maps and a separate presentation of each venue, so that the guest arrives at the right address.
04
One system for many brands
Shared components for all the group's brands and a separate visual layer for each of them.

Four restaurant brands on one design system
For NoHo Group we designed and built the websites of four restaurant brands in two countries. All of them run on one design system, that is, a shared set of components and rules, and each brand has its own look. The same team designs restaurant websites, online ordering platforms and mobile apps.

An online ordering system on your own website
We design online ordering platforms where the guest places an order in a few steps and the staff see all orders in one place.
We adapt the system to how the venue works and to a menu that changes.

A restaurant mobile app
We design and build mobile apps in which the guest browses the menu, orders and pays. An app makes sense when guests return regularly. For a first visit, a good website is enough.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What should a restaurant website include?
A restaurant website should show the menu, opening hours, address and the way to book or order straight away. Guests look for these four things on their phone, often on the move. A menu as text rather than a PDF file is easier to read and is visible to search engines. Photos and the venue's story are a supplement.
How much does a website or ordering system for a restaurant cost?
How long does it take to build a restaurant website?
Design and development of a restaurant website takes from a few weeks to a few months. It is shorter when the site is for a single venue with a menu and booking. It is longer when an ordering system, several locations or several brands on a shared component system are added. We set the schedule after a conversation about scope and the venue's opening date.
Can the restaurant's team update the menu and opening hours themselves?
Yes, the venue's team changes the menu, prices and content in a dashboard, without a developer. In the project for The Bird, the menu is updated in the dashboard and opening hours are pulled from Google Maps, so they only need to be changed in one place. With several locations, each has its own menu and its own contact details.
How do you run the websites of several restaurant brands at once?
Several brands are run on one design system, that is, a shared set of components and rules. For NoHo Group, four restaurant brands in two countries use the same components, and each has its own visual layer. A fix to a component reaches all the sites, and the next brand is built on a ready base.
Does a restaurant website have to meet WCAG accessibility requirements?
Yes, especially when it takes orders or payments online, because such services are covered by the European Accessibility Act, enforced since June 2025. In practice it means a menu that a screen reader can read, sufficient contrast and an order form that can be operated with a keyboard. A menu only in a PDF file or as an image does not meet these requirements.
How does cooperation with a restaurant or restaurant group begin?
We start with a conversation about the venue, the guests and what the site is to handle: bookings, orders or brand presentation. On that basis we prepare the scope and an estimate. Then come the UX/UI design, development and handover of the dashboard to the venue's team. Groups with several brands start by agreeing the shared components.
