Case study
A training sales platform on WordPress with CRM integration
A training company needed a site where choosing a course flows straight into ordering it. We designed and built a training sales platform on WordPress: a finder connected to the client's database, course pages with variants and an order form integrated with the CRM through an API.

For one of Poland's largest training companies, we designed and built a WordPress sales platform: a course search connected to the client's database, course pages with variant selection and a PDF syllabus, and a purchase form integrated with the CRM via API.

What we delivered
A platform that takes users from choosing a course to an order handed over to the CRM.
- Course search - searching and filtering courses, integrated directly with the client's database.
- Course pages - description, goals and benefits, dates and locations, variant selection and a downloadable PDF syllabus.
- Purchase form - a dedicated form integrated with the client's CRM via API.
- Design system - rules and tools for building new interface elements consistently.
- Mobile version - search, form and course pages adapted to desktops, tablets and smartphones (responsive design).

„We wholeheartedly recommend Squares. We have worked together for years and they are one of those partners you can rely on 100%. Among many different projects, they built our company website with an advanced integration with an external database. They do not stop at the code.”
Solution: a course finder, course pages and a CRM-linked form
The search draws directly on the client's database, so choosing a course flows straight into buying it.
Course pages
Each page gathers what people need to decide: a course description, goals and benefits for participants, and available dates and locations. Users can download the syllabus as a PDF and pick the variant that suits them.
Purchase form and CRM
A dedicated form collects the data needed to fulfil the order. The CRM integration via API passes it automatically to the right teams, which speeds up order handling and reduces the risk of errors from retyping data by hand.
Design system
A set of rules and components makes it quick to add new interface elements without losing visual and functional consistency. That makes the site easier to develop further.
